There was a gap nobody was filling.
I'm Noorain. In 2023, I kept watching the same scene play out — intelligent, motivated teams at hospitals, firms, and institutions would invest in AI, receive a polished demo, and then wait. Months would pass. The system wouldn't integrate. The team wouldn't adopt it. The ROI never materialised. The problem wasn't the technology. It was the distance between promise and practice.
Two builders. One obsession.
Idrees and I had a shared conviction: great AI isn't about the most sophisticated model — it's about the most thoughtful system. Systems that understand the workflow they live in. That adapt to the humans using them. That ship fast, iterate in the real world, and get measurably better over time. We co-founded MJ Smart Solutions to build exactly that kind of AI — the kind that closes the gap between what was promised and what actually runs.

The work is just beginning.
Today, our team is a tight group of AI engineers, domain specialists, and designers working out of Bangalore. We're building products used across healthcare, urban planning, and enterprise analytics — and we're onboarding client projects every month. We stay small on purpose: every client gets the founders and senior engineers, not a rotating cast of junior consultants. That's a promise, not a policy.
The only AI worth building is the kind your team will still be using a year from now — not because they're forced to, but because they can't imagine working without it.
